PMB SALES, LLC was created in 2010 by Philip M. Baron for the purpose of bringing producer’s and buyers together as a way to solve the procurement needs of an ever changing market place. We specialize in both the sourcing of existing product needs as well as the design, formulation and commercialization of custom and proprietary products for the Food service, Retail and Industrial segments.
Our product expertise includes all kinds of Proteins, Baked Goods, Sauces/Dressings, Packaging and Merchandising systems.

This means that our sales and marketing efforts are designed to address the actual needs of opportunities for the manufacturer’s we work with based on a targeted group of customer’s without the restrictions of territories or segments.
All Sales efforts are led by our President/Owner, Philip M. Baron. Phil has over thirty years of experience in the food brokerage and distribution business as a principle and executive. In addition to our in-house sales talent, PMB SALES, LLC maintains a vast network of sales associates who are available on an “as needed basis”.

Phil Baron founded PMB Sales, LLC in 2010, due to his strong and distinguished career as an integral player in the protein business for over 20 years; with more than 30 years of experience in retail and food service sales. Phil’s expertise of “value added” proteins renders him as one of the foremost salespersons in Southern California. Phil’s continued success was attained during his career in end to end product development, distribution, logistics and sales in service deli and chain account sales. Aside from PMB Sales, LLC, Phil has been Vice President and National Account Sales at Patman Meat Group for 20 years, was Area Sales Manager for Supreme Food Service, Vice President and Partner at BW Provisions and Vice President of Sales & Operations for Allied Sales.
Phil earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in 1976 from San Diego State University.
